Writing about this topic is looked into by writer very panting see everyday situation
where happened exploitation to child labour in formal sector. Rights of child labour in formal
sector is such as those which contained in UUD 1945, Convention on the Right of the Children
about human right and protection of child have impinged many by Entrepreneur and also
employer and/or corporation. Collision on the rights of the children represent form exploit to
labour of child.

Applying of sanction of Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak 23/2002 and also
Undang-undang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga 23/2004 have earned to give
protection to victim exploit in formal sector.
